INCORRECT DELIVERY

Netflorist does not fulfill it's contractual obligations and offers a terrible service. I ordered a dozen roses and only 11 arrived. This is a breach of contract in my opinion. Unfortunately for them, this is after having a terrible experience on their website, which is slow and crashes regularly. One cannot login initially. There are no contact details for the web administrator either. I strongly recommend that people do not use Netflorist and if your order is delivered incorrectly, implement your rights according to the Consumer Protection Act. EDIT --> shock and horror, even the single email address provided on their website returned undelivered with a permanent error.
