Incorrect bouquet delivered and no value for money

Ordered R1100 worth of bouquet yellow lilies for my girlfriend, to have an entirely different and smaller bouquet of mixed coloured roses delivered instead. This is unacceptable and not in line with Netflorist's core values. Very disappointing to see.
