Incorrect balloon! It is not what I ordered

Yesterday 23/02/16 I ordered the \Its a Girl Teddy and Nougat Gift Hamper\". I received it today 24/02/16. But I also received the incorrect balloon. On their website it clearly shows an \"It's a girl\" balloon, but instead I received a \"Minnie Mouse\" balloon. I complained on the delivery form, and I also phoned them to complain. Their response was that they did not have stock of the \"It's a girl\" balloon. And that the only thing that they could do to rectify the problem was to collect the wrong balloon and to refund me for the balloon. I told them that that would not solve the problem as I needed it today, and that I cannot give someone a incomplete gift. This is unacceptable! I will never order from Netflorist again! They could have contacted me, and informed me that there was no stock, before they delivered the order!"
