Incorrect and Late Delivery

My delivery was over a week late after incorrectly delivering 5 days in a row, and the sender was promised a refund and no one has called him to confirm this. These services and products do not come cheap, and this was a huge embarrassment for the sender wanting to surprise me on my birthday - something which did not happen.
