Incorrect

I have ordered a gift for my boss, that has personalized writing on. I have inserted the word 干杯 that is cheers in chinese. I received the items with two hearts. I call they tell me that on their system it showed?? And when they put on other system iy showed hearts. Please explain to me how 干杯 looks lile hearts. Now they want to charge me 15% to fix this. I am not paying another sent after spending R700 on this gift.
