Appalling customer service from both the courier company as well as their head office. No apology and a lack of ownership after they ruined mum's birthday. They honestly do not care if they trash the day you're better off ordering from another company and getting it later than paying that extra to disappoint your loved ones. I recommend hamper world, a number of little gifting companies on the Facebook marketplace or just planning your order earlier through take a lot.

To summarise they were late, extremely rude and had me in tears definitely not an experience you want to pay for.
