Incomplete order received twice without refund

I am quite unhappy with the service I got 1 September for order no ***.

After waiting for quite some time for my order [Due to COVID] – when my order arrived, one of my wine bottles that I had ordered was missing. I told the driver I refuse to sign where after a second delivery was delivered to me two days later without any explanation as to what happened. AND once again it had a Bottle of wine missing AGAIN! I hope someone will contact me soon as I would like to get my REFUND for the Bottle that was missing?
