Incomplete order delivery twice...very poor service

I've never experience such a poor service from a big company like Netflorist.... incomplete and late order delivery twice and reading from the reviews I can see that they have made a name for themselves in POOR service.... I bought a snack pack and a VASE... they delivered only the snack pack NO VASE on Friday late way after their delivery time....then I complained and they promised to deliver my VASE on Saturday....the VASE was the main item I needed and that never happened.... then today i called and they promised to deliver then delivery came late again and it was Lindt complimentary chocolates only... NO VASE again.... when I asked the driver he said the dispatch and security personnel are the one's who prepares and make sure that every order that comes out is complete but still they delivered incomplete order twice....Netflorist really have petrol to play around. I will never recommend this useless company to anyone. I'm ****ed off.
