Incomplete Order and Flowers Did Not Look Like The Picture Advent.

I placed an order on the 12th of May for Mother's Day. They couldn't deliver on the Sunday and the delivery was set for the 16th May. The flowers were only delivered around 6pm yesterday and also it was half the order. A gown supposed to accompany this order as well. However, the day before I got a message saying that the gown I ordered was out of stock so I picked a substitution. Yet the gown was not delivered with the flowers and on the website it says both things were delivered? I don't understand.

Furthermore, I'm not entirely happy with the flowers received as it looks a bit drab compared to the picture of it on the website. I expected more bright colours. A bouquet from a grocery store would have looked better.

I've been emailing since last night and tried again in the morning but I've been getting no response.

Really disappointing as I've been supporting them for a few years now and did not have any issues before.
