Incomplete Order

I ordered a bunch of mixed roses, a vase, balloon, and a box of lindt chocolate from Netflorist, For delivery to my mom in hospital<br> The recipient did not receive any lindt chocolate and there were only 11 roses.<br> This is so disappointing. <br> <br>
