Incomplete Delivery and Poor Service

Extremely disappointed with the service from NetFlorist this Mother’s Day. Only half of the items I paid for were delivered, which completely ruined what was supposed to be a special surprise for my mother. For the amount charged, I expected much better communication and reliability.
