Incomplete delivery

I ordered a valentines gift for my wife and when it was delivered, it was missing the balloon that was supposed to be included. I called and informed them that the balloon was missing and was told it would be delivered to my house on Saturday...this never happened and now i had to give my wife an incomplete gift as a result of their incompetence. I will never use Netflorist again because they overprice and under deliver<br>
