<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I refer to the matter above.</p> <p> </p> <p>I ordered a Valentine gift from the above florist on the 18/01/2017 and the gift was only delivered this morning 15/02/2017. </p> <p> </p> <p>I confirm telephonically on the 13/02/2017 that the gift will be delivered on the specified date as requested. </p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to Zakiyah and Valentino on the 15/02/2017 and they advised that the driver did not do his deliveries on the 14/02/2017. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was offered a 50% discount, however i am not satisfied as the ********** 32 VALNETPL777 - Succulent and Roses Heart R 279.95 1 R 69.95 R 349.90 was not as promised and advertised. I can provide evidence. </p> <p> </p> <p>Client does not want to refund my money immediately, I haver to wait 10 working days before they can refund me, I want a full refund as the heart was not full as advertised. </p> <p> </p> <p>I await your response herein. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
