*********** and poor service.. No customer loyalty

I Will never in my life order anything from Netflorist there are *********** and have poor service. 2019 i order glass tile picture delivered late and no stand pin.

Friday 23rd April 2021 ordered a personalized gown for my fiance and was to be delivered on tuesday 27/04/2021. Travking for the order to check on what time it will be delivered only to find out its not done and no courtesy call made to me to advise.

Spoke to Zandile or daisy on livechat only to be told the production was just referred and not actioned. No customer loyalty, till today its midday onnthe 28th no call to apologize from the team leaders or managers after poor service.

I had to go and get another present and only to get an email to wait 3days to get refund.

If you want to surprise someone and not be disappointed please never order from netflorist
