*********** and completely useless

Firstly they were not able to deliver what I ordered and asked if it could be sent the following day. 2 days later the item comes but isn't what u ordered. I paid for sunflowers over 400 and they send me chrysanthemums. I asked if they could please return my money and collect their funeral flowers which they only collected and been calling and sending emails to be told the same thing for almost a month. Your payment is being processed and should be in your account in 1-3 days.

They really have a bunch of *********** and uneducated idiots working for them and will never use them again or will ever recommend them.

It's already cost me more than 300 in calls and my time so it like I'm paying almost the amount to get back 400 odd. ****** ridiculous
