Incompetence at its best

Pathetic service, didn’t get the order delievered for Valentine’s Day as I was told I missed their call( I was driving ) I called support and was told the driver couldn’t wait and returned the gift back to factory. I asked to cancel and I was told I must now pay a handling fee plus the delivery fee due to the company’s incompetence
