Incompetence

Order placed in the morning payment made obviously - Called to confirm if they received the proof of payment which they did - Called before 11am and was told the goods is out on delivery - When I track the order online it states the item is out on delivery - After numerous attempts to get hold of the so called driver I am now at 4pm being told that the order is not out on delivery yet ....How nice is that for same day delivery ...Asked to speak to a Manager Vusi Left me hanging on the line for 15 minutes Asked to speak to Urick was told he left the office (3:30pm) nice business hours if you ask me ....The most *********** staff ever ...NEVER AGAIN ....this happened now on 2 occasions ...was planning to get something for Valentines day ...rather get a refund from this *********** bustards ...USELESS
