Impressed by Netflorist!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother in Belgium. The bouquet I ordered online was stunning very colourful and beautiful. It cost me almost R900. The flowers were delivered on time - no issues there. But when my mom sent me a photo I was shocked, the bouquet was all white and very meagre - not what I ordered and not worth that much money. I sent Netflorist a photo of the bouquet I ordered and the bouquet delivered. Clyde handled my complaint and when he told me that I would get a full refund. I was really impressed! I received the refund promptly and I am very impressed with Netflorist's customer service<br> <br> Thank you
