Placed an order for same day delivery of flowers and gifts, and my order was processed by Nico. He was very friendly and helpful. Did not get my immediate proof of order, but I called back and was told there was a problem on the system, and Nico e-mailed me my receipt. <br> <br> Order was placed at 11 am and was delivered at 15.13 pm, and I could track the processing of the order online. <br> <br> All in all I was impressed by the service from start to finish.
