Impatient and rude driver

Extremely rude and impatient driver "delivered" my order today. He was angry because it was raining, he was complaining that he had many other orders and was not willing to drive into the yard or get out of his vehicle to make the delivery. Proceeded to say he does not work for us. One of my items that was also supposed to be delivered today is still in the processing state, so I have to follow up to see where it is stuck. The personalised printing and notebook that I ordered is also not very neat. There are also scratches on the gift box.
