I'm so disappointed!!!

My first time experience with Netflorist was TERRIBLE. I did not receive everything I ordered. I contacted them and they said they will reimburse me. The agent said they will call me back to arrange the reimbur*****t and never did. They also promised to send the remaining order the next day and it never arrived. They have let me down as a client.
