I'm ****ed

I had a bad experience over the past two months I placed and order and they gave me a free voucher and emidiately when I tried to use it, it says "ops Herold has broke it again, I then called them they told me stories. Now recently after placing my order went to fetch my card to process the payment and they send me a delivery voucher then when I tried it, it was not working again I called and Monique answered and told me lot of stories- it can't be used today, is not for this product, u took time, send it to me I'll look at it and after that long process still they couldn't give me a straight answer
