If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Netflorist has failed to deliver a birthday gift on the birthday itself citing that the issue lies with RAM who has an issue with their delivery vehicle. This was not formally communicated to me and after their useless online chat staff, Noluthando with appalling grammar responded that it would not be delivered and left the chat. The telephone line had me waiting for 44 minutes to have my call dropped and calls were dropped since then. I then took to Twitter to find out and I got an unsatisfying phone call from an agent who spoke to me like I was their friend. The item is still not delivered and at this point, disappointment is an understatement. There is no resolution on delivery and they have logged off and gone home leaving myself and others in the dark on deliveries.
