If you can use alternatives as service is terrible and customer service almost non existent

Not for the first time has Netflorist let me down. After spending more than R1000 in the space of a week with them and sending my wife flowers for our anniversary, Netflorist delivered it a day late. I send them an email with of course no reply. I then send them another email after 4 days and most probably when I mentioned Hellopeter they rep**** very quickly. An automated message was send where I had to raise my concern. I raised it and of course they did not even read it and send me an automated message back. Here have an R89.95 voucher for your next purchase. Spend more money and fingers crossed you will receive what you paid for. Last time flowers was ordered for Valentine's day. It was delivered on the new Valentine's date f 15 February (that when it was delivered) and it was of course old flowers that died the very next day. When I brought it up they delivered the smallest bouquet of flowers I have ever seen. By that time I could not be bothered as it was just not acceptable. If I could them zero stars I would. For the price they charge and the product they deliver I would not recommend to anyone.
