If u wanna ruin and anniversary call NETFLORIST they seem to be good at *****ing up “GIFTS FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS”

Today is our first anniversary, I thought today would be a great idea to have a gift delivered to my husbands work and how foolish I was thinking that net florist could actually deliver the correct thing!

I went online tried to place the order there and noticed that there was no option to have a non alcoholic sparkling wine, so since he doesn’t drink and I’m pregnant I decided to rather call in and ask if it was possible to get the non alcoholic option,

The friendly call center agent answered spoke to her manager then assure me that I can swop the alcoholic option for the non alcoholic one, fanatic so I thought, I proceeded to do the payment telephonically which I didn’t feel comfortable with but none the less really wanted to have a great gift wrapped up nicely, even added on the extra balloon to make it extra special,

Everything gets delivered but ALOCHOLIC wine gets delivered. What is the point of letting someone have an option if u r going to give them what u want? So now I just spent over R300 on a bottle of sparking wine that costs R60 at the shops? If I had know that netflorist is *********** or simple just doesn’t give a damn I would have ordered else where, or they should have just said NO now I’m stuck with a useless gift that neither of us can consume and I had to go to the shops to go get non alcoholic wine for 1/5 of the price I just paid for absolutely *******!
