If there were zero stars or minus stars I would have given it to this company I’ve had such a bad experience with this company that I cannot tell you enough after placing an order for a sympathy gift only three out of the four items were delivered no call no email no communication at all as to why the third item was not delivered if I had not contacted them they would’ve said nothing regarding the delivery as I only found out that it wasn’t delivered when I spoke to the recipient to my dismay all I can say is imagine if I did not ask the recipient they would’ve gotten away with not delivering all that I ordered. When I contacted them to find out why it was not delivered they told me that it had to do with the pictures for the customisation on the website I show them that it says six pictures and they are insisting To me that I can only load two pictures so I told them to just refund my money I do not want anything to do with This lying condescending Business. It has now been 15 days since I requested my refund they told me it would take 2 to 5 days it has been 15 days and I haven’t received any refund yet when I ask they say they’re going to give me feedback every single day they telling me they’re going to give me feedback but no refund or no feedback is coming. I will never ever order from this pathetic business again I’ve had continuous bad experiences with him but I kept ordering and this is the last
