I will never use this service again!

I ordered Biltong for delivery at my Husband's office. Ordered it 2 days before so that they have enough time to prepare the package. First of all they delivered it at 15:00 in the afternoon and secondly they gave it to the wrong person. Now my husband is not at the office anymore and I had to give it to someone else. <br> <br> All the call centre could tell me is sorry.
