I will never use Netflorist Again - Ever! Huge dissapointment.

I should have really checked the Hello Peter reviews before choosing Netflorist to send me gift. I placed my order on the 12 September, to be delivery on the 19 September, during business hours to a special birthday surprise. By 17:16 the gift was still not delivered completely missing the persons birthday. Order number ***. I will NEVER EVER EVER use Netflorist again. I will find a smaller local business who delivers personal suburb service. This was the absolute last time.
