I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN

today is my husband birthday. i ordered something two days ago and made payment immediately.<br> <br> i tracked my order today as its my husband birthday and i was so excited for delievery. it said that its on route to be delivered( the 3rd step)<br> <br> Later on i checked again to see delivery failed. then i called the call centre. No 1 could help me...they wanted to deliver tomorrow...Whats the point? the birthday is today??????<br> <br> i asked for a manager they said SHE is on a call. SHE would call me back. after 30 min i got no call. so i called back. i was then on hold for 15 Min and eventually put down.<br> <br> Eventually i called back and aparently the Manager that they spoke about is on leave so who was going to call me?<br> <br> the male manager went on lunch. i cant believe the service of this place. i sent my banking details as i want my money back. i took 1 minute to pay them after the order and now they give me hassels of having to wait for my money.<br> <br> do yourself a favour and DONT USE them...their attitude and service is just pathetic!!!
