I will never, ever again use Netflorist

I have seen the Valentine's Day debacle with Netflorist and I'm not surprised. I will never, ever use them again. I ordered flowers for my sister's 80th birthday last October and I was promised they would be delivered on the due date. My sister lives in the UK, it was such a special birthday and as I couldn't be there I spent a lot of money on a lovely vase of flowers with pink roses and lillies. They then phoned me to say they couldn't deliver this to the UK and I needed to pick something else. As they had a problem with their website and I couldn't get in to pick something else, I phoned and asked if they could pick something that they do deliver overseas to the same value, which they said they would. Needless to say the flowers did not arrive on my sister's birthday as promised and when she did receive the flowers it was a pathetic, small basket of mixed country flowers. I had paid for a vase and roses and this was not what she got. The emails between Netflorist and myself were flowing with my complaints, I was so disappointed with Netflorist. To add insult to injury I kept getting these emails from Netflorist saying that my sister should have a warm and fuzzy feeling by now after receiving her beautiful flowers from Netflorist, etc. They asked me to rate them and I told them how disappointed I was. This didn't seem to have any effect on them and they kept sending me these emails about their wonderful service, etc. That really made me angry and I phoned them to stop sending those emails to me. One lady from Netflorist said well maybe we should have given you a refund and I rep**** that I would have thought it would have been your first course of action to repair some of the damage that Netflorist caused. Right after that conversation Netflorist stopped sending emails altogether and to date they have been very quite and there has never been any refund. They really spoiled my whole effort to give my sister a lovely surprise on her 80th birthday!!
