I will call YOU back!

I am appalled at the service I received from Netflorist on Thursday 19 Feb.<br> I received a call at 13h41 to say that the Recipient was not answering their doorbell/intercom<br> I said to the person calling me to give me her number as I would investigate and call her back.<br> She said I don't need to call her as she would call me in 3 Minutes.<br> I inquired of the recipient and was assured that someone would be there.<br> After NOT receiving the call from Netflorist, I assumed the flowers was delivered.<br> <br> To my dismay I found out last night that the flowers was NOT delivered.<br> The reason for sending the flowers on Thu the 19th , it was an auspicious day in our families' life.<br> It was exactly a year to the day that our nephew lost his life tragically....<br> A missed opportunity - NOT Having the flowers as arranged.<br> Please advise what the way forward is as I have been ordering from you for some time and would have to reconsider.<br> I would also want feedback on who called me, and what you are doing about this sad/pathetic incident.<br>
