I WANT MY LINDT CHOCOLATES DELIVERED NOW

Last year Valentines I had the same **** with you guys. The gift would have been delivered the Friday, I waited 3 hours, nobody came. Also with your order you will get chocolates, no chocolates. Now the same **** this year. I placed my order before the 10th to get the chocolates and I also made the delivery date the 10th so that I can be sure to have the gift before Valentines. Now no chocolates. I am really disappointed in NetFlorist, what has happened to your service!!!??????
