I placed an order a week ago and still not delivered

I placed an order for mother's day on 30/04/2016 for delivery on 06/05/2016. At 5pm it was still not delivered. I couldn't get through to the call centre and no one responded to my email. I'm extremely unhappy with the service - so much for their same day guarantee!
