I paid so much for poor service

I placed an order for delivery on the 15th , the order was placed before the 12th, the order was supposed to be delivered yesterday, Your terms and conditions on delivery state that orders for delivery at businesses will be prioritised . At 5 the order was still not delivered . I am extremely unhappy this is such poor service and I paid so much for this gift and delivery fee. Services charged so highly should be the best quality and this was such poor quality . I called 3 times to your call centre, only 1 person out of the 3 was helpful , the first person just transferred my call and put it down . I was not contacted , nor was the recipient about the order not arriving . I decided to place an order with Takealot , and the gift arrived the same day and my delivery fee was cheaper than
