I ordered flowers for my mom on the 7th of May to be delivered on the 11th of May

I ordered flowers for my mom on the 7th of May to be delivered on the 11th of May. The order never arrived on the day as promised, which defeats the object of having mom feel special on the day she is supposed to be celebrated. Instead, they were delivered today, and what a disappointment. 😔 The flowers look nothing like the initial picture they have on their website. The flowers are limp and look old. When we pay so much for flowers, we expect them to look perfect. They didn't brighten my mom's day nor mine but did the complete opposite. I should've just ordered something from Checkers or PnP for half the price, and I'm almost certain the flowers would've been bright and fresh. I will never order from Netflorist again. You guys are overrated! I will also be sure to spread the word about your horrible service.
