I ordered a very expensive flower and gift bundle from NetFlorist to celebrate the birth of my brother’s twins and was extremely disappointed. There are no twin-specific bundles, so I had to create my own, and I was unable to use two vouchers I qualified for. Customer service was unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue. The delivery was embarrassing — the balloons and cuddly toys weren’t included in the arrangement and were sent separately in bags, with no care or creativity put into the arrangement. For nearly £100, the bouquet looked rushed and poorly assembled. I will never use NetFlorist again and would not recommend them. You’re better off buying flowers from Woolworths for a fraction of the cost.
