I ordered 50 red roses in advance and I only got 12 roses, they say website error

Website error, I ordered 50 red roses and I got 12 roles and I am told it is the website error. 12 roses were horrible and old. They ruined valentines day for me and my partner. They were no balloons as well on the order. They deserve 0 stars. No website error when accepting people's money on the website but delivering the correct order there is error.
