I haven't received my items and no one seems to care

so... i ordered a few items on netflorist for the 23rd of July which is today, i have been waiting for the items and i then receive an sms to say my things will now be delivered tomorrow with no explanation, i then called netflorist and was told that it was a system error...this is really not okay...if i wanted the items on the 24th then i would have ordered them for that date, the person i spoke to acted like it as no big deal that i haven't revived my items... never using these netforist ever again agggg
