I doubt a dead plant is a good gift?!

I sent my brother a gift in Cape Town, I'm in JHB. I wanted to send something nice but every item I selected was unavailable in CT. I then finally found something I could get. It was delivered and I asked my brother to send me a picture. The plant was so bent and out of place (dying). I must say I am so disappointed as to what I had sent him. I never get to see him and now I am sending him damaged goods as a gift...... not cool guys...... REALLY!? I give you guys so so so much business from my company and now when I use you personally I am disappointed. I will have to see who else can deliver alive plants..... shocked and really sad about it.
