I did not receive what I have ordered.

Am just glad that my Fiancé loved the flowers even though the balloon was not the one that I have ordered with. I just feel like the least you couldn't have done was just to inform me that you don't have it I was really going to appreciate that. But flowers am happy with them am just not happy with the balloon as I have bought other things which were going to blend well with flowers and the advertise birthday balloon.
