I CANT BELIEVE THIS

<p>I sent a mail straight after the call i received and it reads;</p> <p>I would like to bring the following to your attention. See email correspondences below. The 12th of May 2017 i received a call that my parcel will reach only on the 18th May and you confirmed this when apologizing.</p> <p>Again now i get a call to tell me the machinery at SAB is broken and my parcel will only reach my Uncle next week Friday. Come on this is really unacceptable. I request therefore that you immediately cancel my order and refund me my money back today and no later. This is really pathetic and i will no longer use your services.</p> <p>I hope to hear from you today.</p> <p>Regards</p>
