I can distinguish between red and pink, Netflorist cannot

I am a regular customer of Netflorist and decided to make use of a less 10% voucher and send MYSELF some roses to test their service. I selected a bunch of variegated pink roses. A bunch of red roses were delivered. After a few e-mail exchanges, I was arrogantly informed that the correct roses were delivered. I have sent photographs of what was delivered and what was ordered, to no avail. I am simply being ignored after 10 days of correspondence. I can no longer trust Netflorist to deliver what I actually ordered, and suggest that if you send anything to anyone via this company that you ask for a photograph of what actually arrived. You may be unpleasantly surprised.
