I am very disappointed 😞

Had 2 poor experiences with Netflorist 1. Ordered a wine glass as a birthday gift for my wife with a personal message on the glass. Imagine my embarrassment when the "message" washed off on the first washing. When I complained: no reply. Poor Show. 2. Ordered flowers for our anniversary. I received an email at 14h42 to advise the flowers were out for delivery and should be delivered between 12h17 and 13h25. Poor Show. When I complained, the answer was we can't give a delivery time. I rep****: then don't send out such a ******* email.
