I am truly disappointed, so much money so little value

Wow, I am truly disappointed, 1st I bought my wife a Birthday cake from Netflorist and it looks like someone threw it out the window of a moving car and decided to turn back and give it to the customer. 2nd my wife orders a valentines gift from you, just to have ON Valtentines day not have the Teddy she Ordered and paid for. “You will get a refund the same day” still not and we are on the 17th. Fist valentines present ruins and now I need to fork out more money due the the cake being an absolute ***** up.
