I am disappointed!!!!!!! Fuming!!!!!!

I am so disappointed!!!!! I ordered a Mother's day gift for my mom. She was sent a message to confirm if she is there for delivery, she confirmed and NetFlorist did not even bother to info her when they were not coming. When we called them, their answer was they are out of stock. Am so disappointed. 2021 there was no gift for mom all because of NetFlorist.
