I AM COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE

On Friday the 24th I placed an order for my lady's birthday which was yesterday 28th of April, the next day the delivery guy calls me tells me that he went to the office on Saturday and there was no one there after I clearly stated its for TUESDAY the 28th not only that he then calls my lady before calling me and ruins the. I spoke to him and told him the order is for the 28th and they should deliver before 12 o'clock midday and the next thing on Tuesday the order comes at 5:30pm when there's no one at the office, Meanwhile while I had changed the delivery address with a Miss Rene Malan because she had said they wont be able to make it before 12, but I don't even think she communicated with the delivery guy because HE ALSO DOESN'T KNOW WHO SHE IS!.<br> <br> Next thing I'm told the delivery will be made on Wednesday 29th which is this morning. I had ordered a bunch of Red Roses, Chocolate and another gift which I was billed for but guess what, they show up this morning with only chocolate and NO flowers NO gift! I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK and will never use their services again
