Huge dissapointment with Mothersday Gift order

Netflorist had a promotion where you would receive a free box of Lindt Chocolates with the purchase of a Mother's Day gift. So before placing the order I phoned the contact centre and confirmed that I would receive the free box of chocolates with my purchase online and she confirmed yes so I went ahead and placed the order.

So needless to say, the gift arrived without the chocolates and to top it the card that I completed online wasn't even attached to the gift so my Mom didn't even know who the gift was from.

After sending an email to Netflorist to express my dissatisfaction the only reply I got was that the T&C state that I didn't qualify for the free chocolates and that the card should have have been attached which wasn't the case.

Absolutely Pathetic, will never use their services ever again.
