Huge Disappointment

Very Disappointed.Ordered and paid for a delivery. No Feedback or delivery a week later. They wanted an immediate payment but will only refund after a week. WHAT PATHETIC service. The Manager ( or someone ) said they do not follow up on orders. Wonder what happens if the person sending the request do NOT follow up with the person that is supposed to receive it.Does Net florist just make a profit from the Non Delivered Items.
