How useless can you really be?

<p>I have order last week and paid in full and paid a delivery fee. And still no delivery. Got a message at noon yesterday that the order is prioritised for delivery and still had the recipient wait and leave much later than normal and still no delivery. I have emailed thrice and ZERO response apart from auto reponse. So today I call and it is now 14:44 and I am still holding for someone who is checking and I am on the call for over 13 mins and all she did was take the order number and I am on hold for over 10 minutes!!!! are you serious???? </p>
