How to properly mess up an order

I ordered roses more than a week in advance for Valentine's Day only to be phoned a day later that NetFlorist do not have the flowers in stock for the next week and that they will be substituting the roses with other flowers. I expressed my dissatisfaction with their service and requested if there would be any compensation. I was told there would be no compensation. Then on Valentine's day my partner did not receive anything only to be phoned the day after to arrange a flower delivery two days later. Then I get an email from them to tell me they could not deliver because I changed the date. Seriously how many times do you want to upset your customers. Three times in one week with one order. When we as guys sometimes mess up we go to your flowers shop and you get business from us to say sorry to our partners. Now I get a phone call to say sorry and you shift the blame. In relationships that kite does not fly and you are loosing a business relationship with your customer and in return I will tell other customers about the bad experience I had with you and it will have a further negative impact on your business because you are not taking me seriously in the hope that this will quite go away. I think you messed up three times you can send my girl flowers for free for three times. Netflorist if you value me as a customer and our business relationship you will do something to fix it.
